Double double, toil and trouble – something spooky is coming this way! To celebrate Halloween in style, El Paso area residents are invited to Cielo Vista Mall on Monday, October 31 from 4-6 p.m. for some frightfully fun trick-or-treating. Ghouls and boys of all ages can trick-or-treat around Cielo Vista Mall for festive goodies and tasty treats, while supplies last. Participating retailers will be identified at the front of the stores. Costumes are encouraged – from Goblins to Ghosts to everything in between! Cielo Vista Mall’s “Halloween Codes of conduct” will be posted on property for costuming questions. Masks will not be allowed over the age of ten years old and toy weapons will not be allowed.
