“Family Fitness in the Park” is aimed to promote an active lifestyle and to celebrate families getting healthy together. All fitness levels are welcome and participants will be able to go at their own pace. Family Fitness in the Park will take place once a month on Saturdays at 8am.

Complimentary beverages will be provided.

Mommy and Me Yoga is a fun session for children and parents to enjoy. Family Yoga is an opportunity to put the mobile devices away and spend some quality, happy, and healthy time together. This session will be taught by certified instructor Robin Paton Crociata.
