The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department and Evolve Federal Credit Union present the 81st annual Evolve Credit Union “Celebration of Lights” Christmas tree lighting, Celebration of Lights Parade and holiday displays. The program begins at 4:30pm starting with entertainment and then counting down to the tree lighting at 5:55pm followed by the parade. The parade route begins north of Campbell on Main Street, and proceeds left on Mesa Street to Overland, then left on Campbell to Myrtle.
