Inspired by the Charles Dickens classic A Christmas Carol, Los Actores’ A Barrio Christmas is a bilingual production written by Drime Lockhart. Set in El Paso, it is about a bitter old shop owner named Juan who finally embraces the spirit of the season after he is confronted by his past (we see Juan as a boy, young man, and an old man) and a scary Catrina-like ghost named Muerte.
