The El Paso Film Commission is pleased to announce they will be continuing its two-day weekend moviemaking event, The El Paso 2 Day Movie Challenge, with an awards presentation and screening on June 7th, 2019 at the Plaza Theatre, downtown El Paso. The weekend movie event is like other timed competitions that have grown in popularity in the last decade, such as 24 and 48-hour events, where moviemakers put together a “team” of actors and crew members to create a short movie over the course of a two-day weekend. The screening begins at 7 PM followed by an awards ceremony and reception.
