Harvest Market

Harvest Market

The Mission Trail Harvest Market is a program administered by the City of Socorro in partnership with the City of El Paso, Ysleta del Sur Pueblo Indian Tribe, and the Texas Cooperative Extension.

The Market brings farmers into the city and provides them with direct-sales opportunities to ensure that the farmers continue farming our precious rural farmlands, keeping them economically viable and intact.

Lyles Family Farms

Lyles Family Farms

The Mesilla Valley Maze and Lyles Family Farms is brought to you each year by Steve and Anna Lyles of Las Cruces New Mexico. They began farming in the Mesilla Valley in 1985 with 35 acres and a field full of dreams. With determination and innovation, the farm has grown to over 1000 acres, providing fresh produce to markets across the country. Steve, a farmer's son from Hagerman, New Mexico is an award winning chile producer and graduate of New Mexico State University. Anna, wife, mother and Maze Manager, has been named New Mexico's Educator of the Year because of her work at the farm: sharing with children the importance of agrictulture in each and everyone's life.

There's something for everyone at the Mesilla Valley Maze! Enjoy hayrides, pumpkins, gem mining, school tours, trike track, and duck races and much more!

Join us during the months of September and November and pick your own veggies at the U-Pick Garden! Located adjacent to the Mesilla Valley Maze, the garden offers field fresh produce and cut flowers. Enjoy tomatoes, chile, eggplant, sweet corn, okra, squash, watermelon, cucumber and so many other home grown veggies!
