The City of El Paso Parks and Recreation Department will host a free Valentine’s Arts and Craft Fair. This is an indoor event that brings in arts and crafts artists to display original work in a variety of mediums for sale to the public. Vendor fees are $5 per table or $45 per table for non-handmade items.
