World famous mixologist Dave Arnold will be at Downtown bar International to discuss the art of cocktails. Proceeds for the event will go towards Project Magico, a non-profit and beautifcation initiantive that aims to reduce crime and poverty in Juarez. The $45 passes include three cocktail tickets, hors d’oeuvres and food and beverage demonstrations. A food science writer and “Cooking Issues” radio show host, Arnold founded the Museum of Food and Drink in Brooklyn and is the owner of NYC-based food and drink research lab Booker and Dax.
