Creeps, clowns, ghosts and everything in between will haunt East El Paso streets on October 31.
It’s time for the 30th annual Halloween Parade! The event kicks off at 3 p.m. at Eastwood Park, 10259 Album Ave. This year’s event will feature five categories; walkers, where people of all ages in costumes can walk the parade route, Rock and Drive, featuring cars of all types decorated in a Halloween theme, Business, which include floats and vehicles from local organizations, school bands and a pet costume contest.
