El Paso Comic Con (EPCON) presented by Broken Tree Comics is El Paso’s premiere convention. Our goal is to bring a high level of entertainment event to the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez border region by bringing movie and television celebrities specifically related to Pop Culture and mainstream media.
El Paso Comic Con has upgraded its guest list from the 2010 event with special appearances by Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca from the Star Wars trilogies), Anthony Montgomery (Star Trek: Enterprise), Amy Bruni (Ghost Hunters), Bobby Clark (original Star Trek series, Gunsmoke, original Invasion of the Body Snatchers), Neil Brown Jr. (Fast and the Furious, The Walking Dead, Battle Los Angeles), James Gonzaba (The Walking Dead), Anthony Guajardo (Shark Boy and Lava Girl, The Walking Dead), Noel. G. (The Walking Dead, Training Day, Bruce Almighty), and James Horan (Star Trek: The Next Generation, Transformers Prime, Highlander) with more to come….
EPCON 2011: Guerilla Fest is brought to you by Broken Tree Comics, Wartime Records, Guerilla Merch Company, Spaced Out Creations, GHOST, GameStop, Landry’s Seafood Restaurant, Holiday Inn Express, Ticketmaster, PHi3 Comics, Adversary Comix, BOC Promotions, Delaco Appliance Repair, Mike’s Carpet Cleaning, Beto Studios, Agent of Chaos and BOC Promotions.
This year Guerrilla Fest, a two day music festival, has also been added to EPCON 2011. Headlining the festival are Sumerian Records’ national recording artists Periphery (the 10th) and After the Burial (11th).
